ST ANDREWS
ST ANDREWS, a humble tribute to the "Home of Golf"
ST ANDREWS
How can we not pay tribute to Scotland's famous city, the "Home of Golf," from the Royal & Ancient to the Old Course, from Swilcan Bridge to Dunvegan!
For My Bunker Shot, it is also a reminder of a legendary photo shoot on the Swilcan Bridge of the first three models produced, marking the beginning of this adventure and released in a limited edition of 12 copies. A photo shoot at the end of the day before the Sunday Practice Round of THE OPEN 2022, interrupted by the arrival on the course of...Tiger and Justin Thomas, who came to play a few holes...
A true story!
Tiger & Justin
A magical moment on Saturday, July 9, 2022.
As mentioned above, after visiting the magnificentKingsbarns course, we returned toSt Andrews tofamiliarize ourselves with the Sunday Practice Round and stroll around the 18th hole. The Swilcan Bridge was still bustling with activity at the end of the afternoon, giving us the opportunity to grab a pint at Dunvegan and return for the traditional photo.
It's around 7 p.m. when a small crowd gathers at the 1st tee. Tiger is there, having come to play a few holes in peace with his friend Justin Thomas.
The 150th Open doesn't start until the next day, but inside the ropes (long live Scotland), there are around fifty of us watching theGOATon the fairways. It's unforgettable...
A memory that calls for a cap!
