1. Application of the general sales conditions - Enforceability of the general sales conditions
The present general conditions of sale (CGV) define precisely the contractual relations for any remote sale from the electronic site in Metropolitan France, Corsica, European Union and Switzerland, You declare to have taken knowledge and accepted the present general conditions of sale before the placing of your order.
Consequently, unless otherwise agreed, placing an order implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, to the exclusion of all other documents.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those in force for purchases directly in our store.
2. Commands
MY BUNKER SHOT guarantees to do everything possible to satisfy you: careful preparation and packaging of products before shipping, follow-up and information.
To be valid, the order must specify the quantity, the brand, the references of the products sold.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by MY BUNKER SHOT constitutes the proof of all transactions. Any order form signed by the consumer by the "double click" is an irrevocable acceptance which can only be questioned within the limits provided in the conditions of sale. The electronic signature has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature.
The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of the order and therefore by the acceptance of the price and the product indicated on the website but under the suspensive condition of the collection of the sales price.
For each order placed, MY BUNKER SHOT sends to the customer, by email, a detailed order confirmation.
MY BUNKER SHOT is a retailer that does not sell large quantities of the products offered. Consequently, MY BUNKER SHOT reserves the right to refuse orders of the same product in large quantities. Nevertheless, if you wish to order a large quantity of an article, please contact us by email or by phone.
At the time of ordering, the customer declares that he/she has the legal capacity to commit himself/herself under these general conditions. Any order placed in the name of or on behalf of the customer is deemed to have been placed by the customer or by a person authorized to execute it.
The texts, photos and descriptions are only indicative and can in no case become contractual data.
Orders received on the site of MY BUNKER SHOT are processed within 24 hours to 3 days to which must be added the delivery time of 2 to 3 working days for a colissimo distributed by the Post Office.
The costs and terms of delivery are detailed in the section "Terms of Delivery".
3. Awards
MY BUNKER SHOT reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but commits itself to applying the current prices indicated at the time of your order.
The selling prices indicated on the site are in €uros and include all taxes but exclude delivery costs. The possible delivery costs are indicated at the time of the summary of your order. The prices indicated on the site are applicable only for remote sales.
The total amount of the order includes preparation, packaging and postage costs. The shipping costs are detailed in the "Shipping and Returns" section at the bottom of the page.
4. Detaxation
For customers residing abroad (outside the EEC), we can offer you a tax exemption from 175€ TTC of purchase.
As soon as you have placed your order, send an email to contact@mybunkershot.com specifying that you want a tax-free sale, also specify your order number. After receiving your order, send back by mail : the pink form duly filled, signed and approved by the customs

We will refund the fee by bank transfer. A deduction of 4% will be applied for processing costs. Refunds are only possible by returning all the above-mentioned items by mail within six months of the sale. No request for a tax-free sale can be made after the items ordered have been shipped.
5. Terms of payment

Payment by bank transfer :
Payment by bank transfer is possible for national or international payments. The transfers must be made to the account of the company ECCETERA. The bank details will be communicated to you once the order has been validated. The order will be processed as soon as the transfer is effective on the account of the company ECCETERA. The transfer must take place within 15 days after the order, if this is not the case, ECCETERA reserves the right to cancel the order without compensation.
ECCETERA does not bear the bank charges and commissions. The amount of the transfer must correspond to the total amount of the order. If this is not the case, ECCETERA reserves the right to cancel the order.
Indicate the order number in the wording of the transfer.
6. Availability
Our offers of products are valid as long as they are visible on the site, however MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA cannot be held responsible for a brutal stop of production of an article on behalf of its supplier and thus of its unavailability.
In case of permanent unavailability of a product ordered and paid for, MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA undertakes to reimburse the customer or to propose an exchange with a similar product of the same value. If the unavailability is temporary and superior to the delay announced in the product sheet, MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA will inform the customer by email or by telephone of the new delay of availability as soon as it becomes aware of it. The customer will then be able to choose to maintain his order or to cancel it without expenses.
In this case, MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA undertakes to reimburse the customer by bank check in his name or by credit to his bank account.
The availability of the products is indicative and can vary according to the sales on the site and the manufacturing delays. MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA could not be held responsible if the delivery time is affected.
7. Terms of delivery
The delivery date corresponds to the shipping time indicated on the product sheet.
Delivery times are indicated as accurately as possible but are subject to supply and transport possibilities. Exceeding the delivery time cannot give rise to damages, deductions or cancellation of orders in progress. However, if TWO months after the indicative date of delivery the product has not been delivered, for any other reason than a case of force majeure, the sale may then be resolved at the request of either party; the purchaser may obtain restitution of his deposit to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages.
Are considered as cases of force majeure discharging the seller from his obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents, impossibility for himself to be supplied. The seller will inform the buyer in due time of the cases and events listed above.
In case of delivery by a carrier requiring an appointment, the latter will contact you as soon as possible to agree with you on a delivery appointment. MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA cannot be responsible for any delay in delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposals of appointment by the carrier.
The products are delivered to the delivery address that You indicated during the order. You can choose between several delivery addresses: home, workplace, secondary residence, address of another person for a gift... The information recorded in the page "contact details" is binding. In case of error, MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivery.
The delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the parcel(s) is (are) handed over to the carrier or the Post Office. The delivery note or the acknowledgement of receipt given by the Post Office or the carrier, dated and signed by you, constitutes proof of the proper receipt of your order.
If you are absent, the Post Office or the carrier will leave a notice of passage at the delivery address. The order will be collected according to the instructions left by the Post Office or the carrier.
MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA reserves the right to carry out the delivery of your orders in a total or partial way, in one or more packages.
Verification on delivery
In all cases, the goods travel at the risk of the recipient. You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery note.
You must indicate on the delivery note in the form of reserves, in a handwritten way, followed by your signature any anomaly, and report by registered mail the anomalies and confirm your reserves to the carrier at the latest in the 48 working hours following the reception of the products, by sending a copy of this mail to : ECCETERA-21 rue Nationale-74500 Evian les Bains - France. It will be your responsibility to provide any justification as to the reality of the defects or anomalies noted. You must allow the seller every facility to proceed to the observation of these defects and to remedy them.
If you fail to comply with these obligations, you will bear any loss relating to the anomalies and/or damage found on the delivery without recourse against ECCETERA and/or its insurer and you will not be able to call into question the sale and the payment of the price.
MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA undertakes to exchange or refund the items not conforming to the order:
You have 7 days to inform us by e-mail that the product received is not the product ordered: reference error, problem of size, color, characteristics, totally different product... The product must be returned in good condition, unused and in its original packaging, even if it has been opened, with all its contents. Items returned incomplete or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
Customs duties :
For shipments outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient. An order cannot be cancelled for non-payment of customs duties and/or taxes. It is up to You to inform You with the competent authorities of your country.
8. Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Consumption, you have a period of fourteen clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the day of delivery of your order without having to pay penalties, except for return costs.
MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA will refund you without delay and at the latest within 30 days following the date on which this right will have been exercised.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
No retraction will be accepted if the returned product is no longer suitable for resale. It must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, intact and complete, unopened, undamaged, with all its accessories and instructions without trace of use. Otherwise, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
9. Liability - After Sales Warranty
The products offered are in conformity with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France. The responsibility of MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA could not be committed in the event of non-observance of the legislation of the country where the product is delivered (for example in the event of prohibition of a product...). It is up to you to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of the products or services that you plan to order. MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA cannot be held responsible for the difficulties of execution of the concluded contract or its cancellation following the occurrence of an event of force majeure (in particular in the event of partial or total strike of the postal services, carriers, disasters "fires, floods, wars")
The contractual warranty differs from product to product. The warranty conditions of each product are communicated to you in writing with the delivered product, as far as they are stipulated by the manufacturer. The contractual guarantee granted by the products does not prevent the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and following of the civil code which sets out the rules relating to the guarantee of hidden defects.
The warranty does not apply to the repair of damage resulting from a cause external to the product (for example an accident, shock, lightning, storm, power fluctuation...), use, installation or connection not in conformity with the specifications or prescriptions of the manufacturer, the use of peripherals, accessories or unsuitable consumables
MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA undertakes to apply the specific provisions of the contractual guarantees of the manufacturers and importers on the products it sells. However, these guarantees apply insofar as a manufacturing defect is clearly identified and that it cannot be the result of an inadequate use of the article.
MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage, material or immaterial, consecutive to the purchase of the articles on its site.
MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA does not guarantee the use of the products and is released from any responsibility on the possible accidents or damage consecutive to the good or bad use of the products.
MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA is not responsible for the content of sites to which hypertext links can be sent from its own site.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site or any part of this Site may not be reproduced, downloaded, copied, sold or exploited for commercial purposes without the express written permission of MY BUNKER SHOT represented by ECCETERA
Any fraudulent use of the Site and/or copy of the logo, graphics, texts and photographs used by MY BUNKER SHOT represented by the company ECCETERA will be prosecuted.

11. Data processing and liberties
The data concerning the customer are nominative information essential to the treatment of his requests. It may be transmitted to companies that contribute to this relationship such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment. This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to enable us to improve and personalize the services we offer you and the information we send you.
However, in application of the Law "Informatique et libertés" (Law of January 6, 1978 modified by the Law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004), the customer has a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of the data which concern him (art. 40 of the modified Law).

The parties agree that these terms and conditions are subject to French law.
