EUROPE, SWITZERLAND and UNITED KINGDOM:
Delivery time of 5 to 7 working days, the shipping costs are 19.00 € and free from 75.00 € of purchase
REST OF THE WORLD:
Delivery time of 6 to 12 working days, the shipping costs are 29.00 € and free from 75.00 € of purchase
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days to return your package. If 14 days have passed since your order was placed, we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your cap must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
REIMBURSEMENTS :
Once your package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt and approval or rejection of the claim.
If the refund request is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your credit card or other payment method within 7 days.
