Delivery Times and Costs
We ship your package no later than the next business day following your order.
METROPOLITAN FRANCE :
Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are €9.00 and free for purchases over €75.00.
EUROPE, SWITZERLAND and UNITED KINGDOM :
Delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are €19.00 and free for purchases over €75.00
REST OF THE WORLD :
Delivery time is 6 to 12 business days. Shipping costs are €29.00 and free for purchases over €75.00
Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days to return your package to us. If 14 days have passed since your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your cap must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
REFUNDS :
Once your package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If the refund request is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your credit card or other payment method within 7 days.
