1. Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Enforceability of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The present general conditions of sale (CGV) define precisely the contractual relations for any remote sale from the electronic site in Metropolitan France, Corsica, European Union and Switzerland, You declare to have taken knowledge and accepted the present general conditions of sale before the placing of your order.
Consequently, unless otherwise agreed, placing an order implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, to the exclusion of all other documents.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those in force for purchases directly in our store.
2. Commands
MY BUNKER SHOT guarantees to do everything possible to satisfy you: careful preparation and packaging of products before shipping, follow-up and information.
To be valid, the order must specify the quantity, the brand, the references of the products sold.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by MY BUNKER SHOT constitutes proof of all transactions made. Any order form signed by the consumer by "double clicking" is an irrevocable acceptance that can only be challenged within the limits provided for in the terms and conditions of sale. The electronic signature has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature.
The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of the order, and thus by the acceptance of the price and product indicated on the website, but is subject to the condition precedent of the sales price being collected.
For each order placed, MY BUNKER SHOT sends the customer a detailed order confirmation via email.
MY BUNKER SHOT is a retailer that is not intended to sell products in large quantities. Consequently, MY BUNKER SHOT reserves the right to refuse orders for the same product in significant quantities. Nevertheless, if you wish to order a large quantity of an item, please contact us by email or phone.
At the time of placing an order, the customer declares having the legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions. Any order placed in the customer's name or on their behalf is deemed to have been made by them or by a person authorized to execute it.
The texts, photos, and descriptions are for indicative purposes only and cannot, under any circumstances, become contractual data.
Orders received on the MY BUNKER SHOT website are processed within 24 hours to 3 days, to which must be added delivery times of 2 to 3 business days for a tracked Colissimo package delivered by La Poste.
Delivery costs and methods are detailed in the "Delivery Conditions" section.
3. Prices
MY BUNKER SHOT reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in effect that were indicated to you at the time of your order.
The selling prices indicated on the website are in Euros and include all taxes but exclude delivery costs. Any delivery costs are indicated at the time of your order summary. The prices indicated on the website are only applicable for distance sales.
The total amount of the order includes preparation, packaging, and shipping costs. Shipping costs are detailed in the "Deliveries and Returns" section at the bottom of the page.
4. Tax Refund
For customers residing abroad (outside the EEC), we can offer you a tax refund for purchases starting from €175 (including all taxes).
As soon as you have placed your order, send an email to contact@mybunkershot.com specifying that you wish for a tax-free sale, and also include your order number. After receiving your order, please send by mail: the pink slip duly completed, signed, and stamped by customs

We will proceed with the tax refund via bank transfer. A 4% deduction will be applied for processing fees. The refund is only possible upon receipt by mail of all the elements mentioned above, within six months following the sale. No tax-free sale request can be made after the ordered items have been shipped.
5. Payment Methods
The customer can pay by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer:

Your payment is made in full by credit card without discount, using the secure banking services of our partner, Banque Populaire des Alpes.
Payment by credit card is fully secured by Banque Populaire.
Payment by bank transfer:
Payment by bank transfer is possible for national or international settlements. Transfers must be made to the ECCETERA company account. Bank details will be provided to you once the order is validated. Order processing will commence once the transfer is effective in the ECCETERA company account. The transfer must occur within 15 days following the order; otherwise, ECCETERA reserves the right to cancel the order without compensation.
ECCETERA does not cover bank fees and commissions. The transfer amount must correspond to the total order amount. If this is not the case, ECCETERA reserves the right to cancel the order.
Please indicate the order number in the transfer description.
6. Availability
Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website. However, MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by ECCETERA, cannot be held responsible for a sudden halt in production of an item by its supplier, and thus for its unavailability.
In the event of permanent unavailability of a product that has been ordered and paid for, MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by ECCETERA, undertakes to refund the customer or offer an exchange for a similar product of equal value. If the unavailability is temporary and exceeds the timeframe announced in the product description, MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by ECCETERA, will inform the customer by email or phone of the new availability date as soon as it is known. The customer may then choose to maintain their order or cancel it without charge.
In this case, MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by ECCETERA, undertakes to refund the customer by bank check in their name or by credit to their bank account.
Product availability is indicative and may vary depending on website sales and manufacturing lead times. MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by ECCETERA, cannot be held responsible if the shipping time is affected as a result.
7. Delivery Terms
The delivery date corresponds to the shipping time indicated on the product page.
Delivery times are indicated as accurately as possible but depend on supply and transport capabilities. Delays in delivery cannot give rise to claims for damages, withholding of payment, or cancellation of current orders. However, if the product has not been delivered TWO months after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than a force majeure event, the sale may then be cancelled at the request of either party; the buyer may obtain a refund of their deposit, excluding any other compensation or damages.
Events considered as force majeure, releasing the seller from their delivery obligation, include: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents, and the seller's inability to be supplied. The seller will keep the buyer informed, in a timely manner, of the aforementioned cases and events.
For deliveries by a carrier requiring an appointment, the carrier will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a delivery appointment. MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by ECCETERA, cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused solely by the customer's unavailability after multiple appointment proposals from the carrier.
Products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the order. You can choose from several delivery addresses: home, workplace, secondary residence, another person's address for a gift, etc. The information recorded on the "contact details" page is binding. In case of error, MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by ECCETERA, cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver.
Delivery is deemed complete upon handing over the parcel(s) to the carrier or La Poste. The delivery slip or acknowledgment of receipt provided by La Poste or the carrier, dated and signed by you, constitutes proof of proper receipt of your order.
In your absence, La Poste or the carrier will leave a delivery notice at the shipping address. The order will need to be collected according to the instructions left by La Poste or the carrier.
MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by ECCETERA, reserves the right to deliver your orders wholly or partially, in one or more packages.
Delivery Verification
In all cases, goods travel at the recipient's risk. You must verify the conformity of the merchandise upon delivery and before signing the delivery note.
You must indicate any anomalies on the delivery note as reservations, handwritten, followed by your signature, and report the anomalies by registered mail and confirm your reservations to the carrier no later than 48 business hours following receipt of the products, by sending a copy of this letter to: ECCETERA-21 rue Nationale-74500 Evian les Bains – France. It will be your responsibility to provide all justification regarding the reality of the defects or anomalies observed. You must allow the seller every facility to ascertain these defects and to remedy them.
Failure to comply with these obligations will result in you bearing, without recourse against ECCETERA and/or its insurer, any damage related to the anomalies and/or damages observed upon delivery, and you will not be able to dispute the sale and payment of the price.
MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by ECCETERA, undertakes to exchange or refund items that do not conform to the order:
You have 7 days to notify us by email that the product received is not the product ordered: reference error, size issue, color issue, characteristic issue, completely different product, etc. The product must be returned in good condition, unused, and in its original packaging, even if the latter has been opened, with all its contents. Incomplete or damaged returned items will not be refunded or exchanged.
Customs Duties:
For shipments outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient. An order cannot be cancelled due to non-payment of customs duties and/or taxes. It is your responsibility to inquire with the competent authorities in your country.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal starting from the day of delivery of your order, without having to pay penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs.
MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by ECCETERA, will refund you without delay and no later than 30 days following the date on which this right was exercised.
Return costs resulting from the right of withdrawal will be at your expense.
No withdrawal will be accepted if the returned product is no longer in a condition to be resold. It must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, intact and complete, unopened, undamaged, accompanied by all its accessories and instructions, with no signs of use. Otherwise, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
9. Liability – After-Sales Service Warranty
The products offered comply with current French legislation and standards applicable in France. MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by the company ECCETERA, cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered (for example, in the event of a product ban, etc.). It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities regarding the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you intend to order. MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by the company ECCETERA, cannot be held liable for any difficulties in the performance of the contract or its termination following the occurrence of an event of force majeure (in particular in the event of a partial or total strike by postal services, carriers, disasters such as fires, floods, wars, etc.).
The contractual warranty varies depending on the products. The warranty conditions for each product are communicated to you in writing with the delivered product, insofar as they are stipulated by the manufacturer. The contractual warranty granted by the products does not preclude the legal warranty provided by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, which sets out the rules relating to the warranty against hidden defects.
The warranty does not apply to the repair of damages resulting from a cause external to the product (for example, an accident, a shock, lightning, a storm, a power fluctuation, etc.), from use, installation, or connection not conforming to the manufacturer's specifications or instructions, or from the use of unsuitable peripherals, accessories, or consumables.
MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by the company ECCETERA, undertakes to apply the specific provisions of the contractual warranties of manufacturers and importers on the products it sells. However, these warranties apply insofar as a manufacturing defect is clearly identified and cannot be attributed to inadequate use of the item.
MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by the company ECCETERA, cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damages, resulting from the purchase of item(s) on its site.
MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by the company ECCETERA, does not guarantee the use of the products and disclaims all responsibility for any accidents or damages resulting from the proper or improper use of the products.
MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by the company ECCETERA, disclaims all responsibility for the content of sites to which hypertext links may refer from its own site.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site or any part of this Site must not be reproduced, downloaded, copied, sold, or exploited for commercial purposes without the express written authorization of MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by the company ECCETERA.
Any fraudulent use of the Site and/or copying of the logo, graphics, texts, and photographs used by MY BUNKER SHOT, represented by the company ECCETERA, will be subject to legal action.

11. Data Protection and Liberties
Customer data consists of personal information essential for processing their requests. This data may be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution and management of services and orders, including processing and payment. This information and data are also retained for security purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to enable us to improve and personalize the services we offer and the information we send you.
However, in application of the “Data Protection and Liberties” Law (Law of January 6, 1978, amended by Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004), the customer has a right to access, modify, rectify, and delete data concerning them (Art. 40 of the amended Law).

12. Applicable Law
The parties agree that these general terms and conditions are subject to French law.
